The 134th Canton Fair opened: The scale reached a new high to show good expectations for foreign trade

According to the China Radio and Television Group, the 134th Canton Fair opened in Guangzhou on October 15, as of 5 PM that day, more than 50,00  0 overseas buyers from more than 200 countries and regions around the world attended the meeting, a substantial increase over the same period last year, showing the world’s merchants to China’s foreign trade expectations.

With the theme of “Serving high-quality development and promoting high-level opening up”, the exhibition scale reached a new high. Xu Bing, spokesman for the Canton Fair, said that optimizing the structure of the exhibition area plays an important role in promoting high-quality development of foreign trade.

Xu Bing: The scale of the exhibition area of electrical and mechanical products such as home appliances, consumer electronics, machinery and equipment, and new energy in the first phase of the Canton Fair has been further expanded, adding about 3,000 booths to exhibit more innovative, high-end, intelligent and green products, of which the scale of the new energy exhibition area has increased by 172%.

The new energy and intelligent connected vehicles exhibition area of the Canton Fair was renamed the New energy Vehicles and smart Travel Exhibition area, which is expected to become the “star category” of the Canton Fair as one of the “new three types” of new energy exports. The overseas sales manager of a new energy charging pile enterprise said that the enterprise began to “go to sea” last year, and now has overseas sales of more than 40 million yuan.
